Liebherr Crane Planner

Since 2015, we have been working with Liebherr to develop the Crane Planner, a professional software solution for the safe and efficient planning of crane operations. The software enables the simulation of various Liebherr crane models in a 3D environment, analyse lifting processes in detail, and detect planning errors at an early stage.

A key feature of the Crane Planner is its intuitive user interface, allowing for precise machine configuration with millions of possible upgrade variations, ensuring optimal planning. Real-time calculations provide accurate load distributions, ground pressure, and load limits. By incorporating drone scans and external 3D data sources such as Google Maps, the software can accurately recreate the real-world environment of a lifting operation.

The Crane Planner is continuously evolving and is designed as a desktop application with extensive backend integration. Our close collaboration with Liebherr ensures that it meets the highest standards in crane planning, providing optimal support to crane operators and planners worldwide.
